GREENSBURG, Pa. – A judge dismissed two charges against a man accused of trespassing in a cheerleaders’ locker room last fall.
Westmoreland County Judge Debra A. Pezze on Friday dropped charges of attempted kidnapping and attempted child luring filed against Kelly Dawn Hullenbaugh of Greensburg, 48, formerly known as Robert Domasky.
Hullenbaugh, who remains in the Westmoreland County Jail, still faces trial on identity theft and trespassing charges.
Authorities said he entered a Westmoreland County high school locker room in September, claiming to be a cheerleading coach who had come to Greensburg Salem High School to learn new routines.
He was charged with attempted kidnapping and child luring after two county prison inmates told police that he said he had planned to kidnap a cheerleader. But Pezze dropped the counts, saying Hullenbaugh had not taken any step toward commission of such crimes.
Police allege that he has stolen the identities of several women, including a former cheerleader on whom they said he had become fixated for 13 years and whose name he uses.
