Julie Simone in Mainstream Video for Front Line Assembly

Los Angeles, CA – Fetishist and dominatrix, Julie Simone, can be seen in the Canadian Electro-Industrial band Front Line Assembly’s latest music video, “Shifting Through the Lens”. Julie and her subs, Rubber Necro and Nikki Sebastian, can be seen dressing the part in latex and pointy boots and performing their suspension and other performance pieces.

The video also features Goth clubbers dancing to the track at a nightclub. Additionally, Julie Simone shot some of the footage, along with Zenova Braeden and Jonathan Covert.

“When Nasty Byte approached me about doing the video, I was thrilled,” says Mistress Julie Simone.

“We used to be roommates in DC and worked on projects together—she’s shot for my site and I did camera for some of her interviews of industrial bands. It was definitely a great thrill to be able to showcase what I do on camera to an international mainstream audience. I was excited also get behind the lens for a video of a band that I used to dance to at clubs.”

The video premiered this week and can be viewed on Vimeo at www.vimeo.com/13375947. The song is featured on Front Line Assembly’s latest album, “Improvised Electronic Device” that was released on June 8th.
