Porn Valley- Katie Morgan was missing from the KSEX front for awhile and Wankus asked her whu happened. Morgan hurt her back – big time. Wankus said she looked to be in better spirits when it was generally thought she broke her back. Morgan explained that she was working out, spun around and cracked her back. “It was okay- I didn’t think I hurt it until my leg and my hip were tingling by that night,” she said. “The next morning I got up and there was a baseball sticking out of my back.” Morgan then had it worked on by a chiropractor. “I got it cracked- and it actually felt better after that. The nerves were off. And I almost threw up. I couldn’t drive home. It was fun.”

Morgan finally went home and took a Vicadin. “It actually just made me go to sleep” But Morgan had to be on set the next day. “It was only dialogue,” she said. “So I mostly laid around all day. By the time I had my scene the next day it was better until I fell and pulled it out again and almost killed a camera guy in the process.” Morgan also injured her ankle which prompted the incident because she couldn’t stand properly.

“I was in big ass boots to support my not good ankle,” she explained. “I was standing on one foot but the only place to put my [injured] foot was up like almost as high as my shoulder. [That must have been a picture.]”

Wankus was trying to determine how the camera guy almost got killed in this mishap.

“You know how a wall is when it’s not finished?” Morgan asked. “How’s it’s studs and prop beams? The lowest crossbeam I could reach other than the really two low ones was up almost to my shoulders. I put my foot up on that and we were doing a fabulous, standing-doggie, flying, barely on one toe-thing with the camera guy underneath getting the under shot. Except the foot I was standing on just slipped right out from under me. So my other foot came down heel first four feet down, full speed into the camera guy, on the top of his head.”

While Morgan said she likes the guy, she was terribly sad about what happened. “He was okay- it was just really scary. But I did pull my back again but it’s better, now.”

Tehn, during the second half of the Friday night show, Wankus, who seemed to be displaying an obsession for things related to Tijuana such as donkey shows, asked Morgan about her drug bust from six years ago. “A hundred pounds of pot on the border,” Wankus tactfully reminded her. “They put you in jail.” As if there was any doubt, Morgan was told not to come back. “You were a big distributor out of there,” Wankus kidded, or one must presume.

Morgan, said, no, it was just one little Buick full of pot. Morgan explained that she did time in an INS jail on the border. “It sucks,” she said. Asked if she got raped, Morgan said no. Morgan also said it was really a fun jail in that almost all the female inmates were pregnant. But Morgan was getting shipped off after three days because it was too crowded. “But they don’t move the pregnant ones.” Morgan was 19 at the time and said she was more pissed about the incident than anything else, not only because she took the fall but thought she was only going to get a ticket out of it.

“I didn’t stop to think about it.”

Sarcastically, Wankus said, yeah, for a hundred pounds of marijuana you get a citation. Morgan said it didn’t cross her mind. “I learned that lesson.” Morgan’s parents knew about the incident because they had to write letters to get her less time. Wankus thought maybe she got five grand to drive the car. Morgan said it was more like in the hundreds but she wasn’t supposed to drive, originally. It was supposed to be a friend who didn’t make it. “It was the ol’ my car broke down on a Mexican highway and I walked back to the border excuse,” Morgan explained. “It was believable but it didn’t help me out any.”
