A case of another nobody suing over nothing…
Lara Stone has announced she is taking legal action after alleging that unauthorised photographs appeared in French Playboy.
The Dutch model, who is married to David Walliams, said the magazine had “no right” to publish the pictures last month.
She has instructed lawyers Schillings to commence proceedings in Paris against French Playboy and photographer Greg Lotus.
She said: “Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorised photographs. It’s not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in.
“I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation.”
Lara, 26, and comic actor David tied the knot at Claridge’s Hotel in London in May after dating for around a year.
Their guests included Denise Van Outen, Sam Taylor-Wood, Ronnie Corbett, Barbara Windsor and James Corden.
