www.sawf.com – Christina Walsh [aka Capri Anderson], the porn star who was with Charlie Sheen when cops found him naked and intoxicated in a New York City hotel, has lawyered up to get Sheen’s probation revoked.

According to TMZ, Walsh is alleging that Sheen held her in his hotel room against her will, something she overlooked to tell the cops when they spoke to her at the time of the incident.

Walsh, who locked herself up in the bathroom after Sheen started to trash the hotel room, claims Sheen tried to get into the bathroom and repeatedly punched on the door, making her fear for her life.

Walsh has engaged a high profile lawyer and intends to fly to Aspen, Colorado to plead her case with the DA there.

Sources at Pitkin county DA’s office tell TMZ that if Walsh wants to report any criminal activity by Sheen in New York City she will have to do so to the police there. However, the DA has an open door policy and will meet Walsh if she comes to Aspen.
