VICTORIA, B.C. from www.courthousenews.com – – Actress and model Pamela Anderson has refused to pay the Canadian company that created and managed her website, Convergent Media Networks claims in British Columbia Supreme Court.
Convergent Media claims the former “Baywatch” star and her company, Pamela Inc., hired it in July 2009 to develop and manage her website, e-mail accounts and e-commerce store, but Anderson never paid for its services.
It also claims to have helped the Canadian-born actress with online marketing and capital acquisition services for land she owns in Ladysmith, B.C.
Convergent Media seeks an order barring Anderson and her company from using “all online assets and images” on the website pamelaanderson.com.
The plaintiff is represented by Paul Singh with Pearlman Lindholm.
