The scene, titled "Immortal Hunger," opens with Lilly Bell, portrayed as a businesswoman, in her office. She is waiting to interview Melody Marks, an intern candidate. Bell informs Marks about the company’s zero-tolerance policy regarding drama. Marks, who is revealed to be a vampire, then begins to put Bell into a trance.

Bell calls in her security team, consisting of Kasey Warner, Nick Strokes, and Jack Keller, to remove Marks. However, Marks quickly entrances Warner and the two men. They proceed to pin Bell down on a desk and compel her to lick Marks' feet. The men then take turns engaging with Bell while Marks feeds on Bell’s neck. Following this, Marks removes her own clothes and climbs onto Bell’s face. The scene culminates in a feeding frenzy of blood and orgasms.
