Man Attacks Clerk in Video Store

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — The search is on for a man who kicked a store clerk in the face and then ran off with adult videos and toys and the store’s surveillance cameras caught it all.

The video shows the store clerk, Sue Su, walking over to the suspect to help him in the adult section of Semo Video in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Just as she approaches him, he extends his leg in a side-kick, knocking her square in the face and onto the ground.

“He just say something like, I’m going to buy something for my girlfriend, that’s it,” Su said.

Su received severe injuries to the right side of her face as a result of the attack. She said, even though her attacker knocked her down, he didn’t destroy her fighting spirit.

“I don’t know how to describe it. I mean, I couldn’t open my right eye and the doctors say my bone, the bone on my face, may be broken,” Su said. “If they catch him, they can kick him on his face for me.”
