New York- A Brooklyn man’s bizarre attempts to woo a uniformed cop by flashing his manhood at her backfired big time yesterday.

Anthony Rickenbacker’s strange mating ritual – which included shaking his hips and shouting “Mami, you are so hot!” – landed him behind bars, charged with disorderly conduct and public lewdness, cops say.

The wannabe Romeo, 19, encountered Officer Kandice Magnani at around midnight as she sat in her patrol car on Rockaway Avenue in Ocean Hill, police said.

Rickenbacker allegedly approached the window and dropped his drawers.

Magnani, 29, assigned to the Brooklyn North Task Force, told The Post, “I’m not shaken up.”

A woman who identified herself only as Rickenbacker’s aunt said, “He’s a quiet kid. He’s a good person.”
