from www.weblogs.sun-sentinel.com – John Harold Kittila IV told police that a man he got a ride from in a white truck took his credit card and ran up $7,700 in charges at the Indian River Mall, reports Will Greenlee in his Off the Beat blog for TCPalm.com.
The next day, police stopped a man in a white truck with a female passenger at a Cumberland Farms store. The passenger told police that they’d just dropped off her friend at Kittila’s place, according to a police report.
Police state they went there and spoke with Kittila, who allegedly ‘fessed up to filing the bogus police report because he felt the women didn’t deliver their part of a deal they had agreed upon: A shopping spree at the mall “in exchange for sex.”
Kittila told police he authorized purchases at the mall for the women which he said totaled $1,500 – $5,500, according to the arrest affadavit.
Kittila explained to police the two women performed oral sex on him …and then left. He was upset “because he didn’t get sexual intercourse so he called law enforcement and made the false report,” according to the arrest affadavit.
Kittila allegedly also ‘fessed up to smoking crack, pot and doing pills that day.
