Mindy McCready Suing Vivid Over Sex Tape? Papa Smurf Didn’t Have the Consent Forms?

Sounds like another Shauna Sand BS story.

from www.news-press.com – Country singer Mindy McCready plans to sue over a Vivid Video sex tape scheduled to be released April 19.

According to a Vivid Video press release, the video features the former North Fort Myers resident having sex with a man named “Peter.” It also features McCready talking about her sexual past, including having oral sex with baseball legend Roger Clemens.

McCready said the video was stolen from her Nashville home in 2007 and released without her consent. She said she never had a boyfriend named Peter.

McCready said she didn’t learn of the sex tape until today, when news appeared in The New York Daily News and the Web site The Huffington Post.

She said the tape has nothing to do with the recent release of her new album.

“It has nothing to do with me,” she said. “I had nothing to do with this tape. And whoever releases it is going to get sued.”
