But after a party throw by Nolte’s son, Brawley, while he was away, he got himself some accusations. A girl present there, claimed she was date-raped during the party, in his Malibu’s house.

The girl, who was 15 at the time the event happened, also claimed that Woodring, Brawley’s friend and together with Brawley, slipped GHB (also called the “date-rape drug”) into her drink and then had sex with her.

But now, seems that Nolte has reached a settlement with the parents of the teenage girl. The Nolties claimed that they had been targeted only because of their “star power” and “deep pockets”.

The exact details of the agreement were not available. Nolte’s attorney, Dean Olson, couldn’t be reached for any comment. But there was a notice that an agreement had arrived at was filed last Thursday in Santa Monica’s Superior Court. The final pretrial hearing had been scheduled for Tuesday.
