Not the Bradys XXX Debuts on Playboy TV: Wins XRCO

Fresh off an XRCO Award win for Best Comedy, Not the Bradys XXX made its television broadcast debut as Playboy TV brings a slice of Americana to cable and satellite systems nationwide.

Directed by Will Ryder, the X-rated spoof of the 1970s Brady Bunch television show was an instant DVD blockbuster selling out at retail stores on the way to becoming Hustler distribution’s biggest selling DVD of the year.

The deal with Playboy TV brings increased awareness to a movie that has garnered tremendous mainstream exposure including stories on Entertainment Tonight, The Insider and dozens of other national shows where Brady Bunch cast members have been interviewed about the porno spoof.

“Spice Digital Networks are very excited to exclusively premiere Not the Brady’s XXX on our movie networks,” stated Mike Spierer, Vice President Programming and Acquisitions for Playboy TV.

“Jeff Mullen and Scott David (of X-Play) successfully created a unique and buzz worthy movie that we had to jump on. I loved Not the Bradys XXX, and think it’s a perfect fit for us. We can’t wait to see what’s coming up next,”

“Having Not the Bradys XXX on Playboy TV and on the Spice Digital Network brings more awareness to our movie and to the entire line-up of X-Play porn parodies including Not Bewitched XXX,” Mullen said.

“We’re pretty busy with the Partridges, Not the Beverly Hillbillies XXX, Not Animal House XXX, our dirty look at High School Musical and our outrageously perverted Not Mr. Rogers XXX Neighborhood plus a few others in various stages of production. We’re going to be burning up the phone lines with Bruder at CED lining up our deals.”

Not the Bradys XXX immediately went on to hit the #1 spot for video on demand powerhouse Hot Movies.com as it occupied the viewer’s most requested position for six consecutive weeks and continues to be a top ten mainstay. “We’ve never had a title shoot up the charts so quickly,” stated HotMovies.com director of business development James Cybert.

The hilarious movie stars sexz.com superstar Hillary Scott, Alana Evans, Aurora Snow, Leah Luv, Veronique Vega, Jasmine Byrne, Paulina James and Ron Jeremy and manages to sweetly play with the innocence of the iconic television show that lives on today in reruns.

“We knew we had a huge hit from the beginning and this movie has strong legs because it keeps on selling and selling as new audiences discover it each day,” Mullen said.

“Our re-orders of DVDs are fantastic and if store owners continue to put it on their shelf, it’s going to be purchased by curious customers,” said Hustler Director of Sales David Diamond.
