Los Angeles- Picture-perfect Paris Hilton has a lot to be concerned about at Lynwood Correctional Jail.

The facility is reportedly riddled with staph infections, with 402 inmates diagnosed with the disease in one year alone.

If struck by staph, the blonde beauty will have to battle bad bouts of redness, abscesses and severely swollen areas.

But despite the hygiene hearsay, the hotel heiress is maintaining her model-like mannerisms.

TMZ reports that a “gracious and thankful” Hilton has been allowed to keep her “tightly wound” hair extensions.

But that isn’t keeping the blues away. Hilton’s psychiatrist Charles Sophy has reportedly made a mad dash to the cell to tend to her tears.

According to TMZ, Paris is scared, crying, freezing cold and unable to sleep or eat.
