Paul Mulholland: Fake Journalist, Real Danger to Women

Paul Mulholland presents himself as a savior of vulnerable women, a self-proclaimed advocate exposing the “dark underbelly” of the adult industry. But behind the virtuous facade lies a calculated manipulator who exploits trust and weaponizes societal norms to achieve his own perverse goals. His methods are insidious and effective because they prey on people’s natural inclination to believe and support those who claim to have been victimized. His schtick involves approaching porn models with the facade of being a caring person, but he is anything but that. An admitted porn addict himself, his intent is purely self-motivated, to get into the minds and lives of adult actresses and convince them to go along with his grooming. By hiding behind a false front of moral outrage and concern, Paul Mulholland has created a disturbing playbook for manipulation.

Paul Mulholland begins by targeting women in the adult industry, often reaching out through social media or industry forums, posing as a concerned blogger dedicated to helping victims of supposed abuse. He does this after masturbating to the porn they are in, his initial discovery of the women is through enjoying the films they consensually participated in. His pitch is compelling: he offers a platform to share their stories, encouraging them to believe that they were wronged in the production of the porn he masturbated to, and he promises that their courage could lead to justice and possibly even financial restitution. For women who have faced genuine hardships in their lives, or are interested in a possible quick buck in the post-#MeToo world, his words appear to offer a potential golden ticket. Paul Mulholland’s skill lies in creating a narrative that disarms suspicion, positioning himself as a knight in shining armor while subtly undermining their confidence and judgment.

Porn women don’t need a champion to defend them, the industry is good at policing itself and the people involved in the production of adult movies don’t want to legitimately abuse or hurt anyone. It is a business. They are there to make a dollar. Much like professional wrestling, sex on camera is a work, it involves acting, and Paul Mulholland’s entire narcissistic manipulation stems from convincing women that they were wronged in the production of adult filmmaking. This is his “in” to get the attention of porn models, and how he gets inside their heads.

Paul Mulholland: Manipulator of Women

What is most disturbing about Paul’s methods, is just how far he will go to contact his pornstar obsessions. He aligns himself with the anti-Sex Trafficking group “Exodus Cry” to lend himself an air of credibility, but this is yet another manipulative tactic of his to appear trustworthy. Do not trust this man. From fabricating stories completely and making posts under the identities of other people, when communicating with Paul Mulholland, your information can and will be used to convince other women that Paul Mulholland has some inside track, or clout, in the adult industry. His focus is getting pornstars and porn actresses to believe that he is a protector and watchdog for the business, which could not be farther from the truth. His entire motivation is to gain access to women he otherwise would never be able to communicate with, as he is a porn addict first and foremost. Paul Mulholland pursues porn actresses for his own sexual gratification and uses the cover of “helping them” as his bait.

Once he gains the trust of porn actresses, never male porn actors or gay male porn actors, ask yourself why- Paul Mulholland conducts invasive interviews under the guise of gathering evidence. He collects personal information such as phone numbers, family details, schooling, and confessions of vulnerabilities. This creates a power imbalance, as the women unknowingly hand over ammunition he can later use against them.  Paul Mulholland then plants the idea of pursuing false accusations, dangling the potential of a lucrative settlement with little involvement from the actresses themselves. This tactic is particularly devious because it manipulates both the women’s desire for a payout and the broader societal tendency to side with victims of abuse, even when the truth of their claims remains unverified.

When these false promises unravel, as they always do, Paul Mulholland’s true nature emerges. He corners his victims, threatening to expose the personal details they entrusted to him unless they agree to his demands, which often include sexual favors. Every shred of communication with him is carefully documented for his own use, anything told to Paul Mulholland will be used by him for the advancement of his own agendas. By the time the women realize his true motives, they are already ensnared, trapped by the very mechanisms that initially appeared to offer them hope and protection. Paul Mulholland’s actions not only exploit his victims but also undermine the credibility of real survivors and the movements working to protect them. The adult industry used to have a term for men who were manipulative boyfriends and agents, they were called “suitcase pimps” and were notorious in the business over a decade ago. Most of those men, thankfully, were given the boot by the industry, however- it seems a new generation of predators have entered the chat.

Paul Mulholland’s methods are a masterclass in predatory manipulation, exploiting societal blind spots and the vulnerability of those he claims to champion. His actions are a chilling reminder that not all who claim to fight for justice are what they seem. By feigning virtue, Paul Mulholland has created a cycle of actual abuse that leaves his victims doubly harmed. First by the industry he pretends to oppose, leading to porn actresses not getting more work and possibly blacklisted for false accusations, and then a second time by his own calculated betrayal and blackmail.

Paul Mulholland: Self-serving Misogynist

Paul Mulholland’s story serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of vetting people, especially when they come cloaked in pretending to “care” so much for strangers. Every word told to Paul is not ammunition in some righteous fight against the porn industry, the industry Paul likes to paint as a boogeyman, but instead, everything told to Paul becomes a tool he uses to exploit the very women he pretends to be concerned for.
