from www.curbed.com – If the name Richard Cohen rings a bell, it’s for good reason. Known as the undisputed Porn King of Philadelphia, Cohen made a fortune in the 1990s and 2000s from sex hotlines and websites while gobbling up real estate in Society Hill.

He was nabbed in a money laundering scheme and forced to pay $6.4M in penalties two years ago without formally being charged with any crime, and today, one of his residences is on the market.

Purchased by Cohen in 1994, unit 8BCDE in the south Society Hill Tower is shockingly reminiscent of late 1980s/early 1990s interior design. It’s a time capsule — something Mike Tyson would have purchased in his heyday. Either way, the wraparound unit features some great views of the Delaware River and Ben Franklin Bridge.

The condo has some nice features, but probably wouldn’t be move-in ready unless you really really love the 90s.
