Massachusetts- The Sports Swami looked into the crystal ball yesterday and saw that there were no sponsors for his Friday talk show that includes sports figures and porn stars. Chris Connor aka The Sports Swami arrived at the Cyberstation USA radio studios Thursday to interview stripper/porn star Nikki Lynn for his Body Shots and Money Shots show only to find out that the plug had been pulled on his program.
The Swami is very upset and said Lynn was pissed because she had made a drive from Providence, R.I. to be on the show. But no one gave either one of them a heads up as to what was going to happen. The Swami tapes his shows a week in advance, and today’s scheduled show, taped last week did not air either. Swami said he’s been making calls to find a new sponsor. But, until then, the show will be off the air.
“This is the only thing I had to look forward to,” said Connor. A couple of weeks ago, Connor’s interview with Ashley Blue was terminated abruptly in mid-sentence and there was suspicion that a censorship issue involved. Connor said the station claims no such thing had occured, that the show aired in its entirety. However, during the last half hour of Connor’s program which included the remainder of Blue’s interview, there was a taped message announcing that there had been station issues.
Connor had been at loggerheads with the conservative station management for several months particularly after a broadcast with Carmen Luvana when Luvana uttered the f-word liberally during the course of her interview.
