Usually when business is slow people make deals, in fact jim will call you and say “what is going on and who do you need and comeover and I will buy you lunch, I want your business. Now I am not a big wheel in this business but at last count I spent $4200 since January on agent fees alone. Hmm sounds like a lot but hell I know it isn’t.
