Staunton, Virginia- www.newsvirginian.com- A judge Monday certified charges to grand jury against a Stuarts Draft man who allegedly filmed a teen girl performing oral sex on him for $300 at a Staunton auto body shop.
Wayne Edward Gill, 39, who was arrested in March by Staunton police, is charged with soliciting a minor for child pornography and misdemeanor prostitution.
A judge closed the juvenile court hearing to reporters during testimony by the alleged victim, a 17-year-old R.E. Lee High School student, according to a police search warrant affidavit.
Police searched Gill’s Auto Repair on Richmond Avenue and seized 73 VHS tapes and DVDs, several computers and sex toys, according to Staunton police, who said Gill’s brother owns the shop. He has not been charged.
According to a search warrant affidavit:
In February, a male R.E. Lee High School student threatened to hurt the alleged victim if she didn’t pay him for drug debts. Seeking cash, she spoke to another student who told her of a way to make money. They later went to the repair shop, where the girl met Gill.
In a back room, the students told Gill the girl was 17, but “Wayne told her that he didn’t want to hear that, and that she was 18,” the warrant states.
The girl stripped, then performed oral sex on Gill while he and the student worked two cameras.
Gill told the girl she would be “punished” with more sexual activity before paying her $300, which he said was more than a typical payment. He showed her other sex videos on a computer and said he could “pimp her out.”
Authorities learned of the allegations when the girl spoke to a school resource officer, police said. She has been a “reliable” police informer in the past, according to the warrant.
Gills is free on bond
