from www.ctpost.com – STRATFORD — Police said Francisco Orellano was looking for prostitutes.
Police said he struck up a conversation Monday night with two women on Norman Street, a few blocks from his Bridgeport residence, and arranged to pay them $100 for sex at the Honeyspot Motor Lodge in Stratford.
But Orellano got more than he bargained for. Police said the two women robbed him of his pants, car, credit card, passport, wallet and $100 in cash after one of them displayed a pistol inside a motel room.
Police found Orellano, 38, standing outside the motel in his underwear about 10:45 p.m. He was wrapped in a bedsheet and, when questioned by officers, reported his vehicle stolen in broken English.
Police said Orellano drove the women to the motel on Honeyspot Road in his 1999 Oldsmobile Bravada and paid $40 to rent a room for two hours. Once inside the room, police said the women instructed Orellano to take off his clothes. Then one of the women displayed a black pistol, according to police. The pair then fled the room, taking Orellano’s clothes, car keys and other belongings with them, police said.
Police said Orellano could not provide officers with a description of the suspects and a search for the suspects and the victim’s vehicle that night was unsuccessful.
