BURBANK, CA – The weak attendance at Nicole London’s much publicized “talent meeting” was blamed on Porn Star Karaoke [www.PSKclub.com], while the just as weak early attendance at PSKclub was blamed on the talent meeting last night. Although after reading Gene’s recap of the meeting, it seems that PSKclub’s early lack of support was just that–early. By 10:30pm, the lines of people down the outside of Sardos were reminiscent of the PSK of old.

Wankus [www.KSEXradio.com] took over hosting duties for the nearly a year old Tuesday night adult industry party and did a very good job. Was he his normal, wild, crude self? Actually, no. In fact, I believe he only sang one song, using most of the real lyrics. “It’s a whole different perspective when you’re behind the controls,” Wankus told AdultFYI.com. “I mean, I kind-of had fun, but I was more focused on who hasn’t sung yet, who was up next, making sure the song number people wrote down matched the actual song they wanted to sing–it was a little stressful [laughs].”

Sardos Bar owner Seymour Satin was very pleased with Wankus’ first showing and the sell out night he brought with him. “I’m not trying to blow smoke up his ass,” Satin said, “but he really understands mixing audio, in fact, I think the way he mixed the voices with the music is the best we’ve ever had.”
