Reader Talks About Autumn Rain’s Fraud Case

In reference to a story read about Autumn Rain on AdultFYI.com [https://www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=3686] and her horrible scandle, [thankfully which ended with somewhat of a happy ending], a reader responded with this.

ASSINC writes:

The production company that hired this girl and the male talent may have committed a number of felonies:

Fraud – for the paying for services with the bad check

Forgery – for the counterfeit check

Conspiracy to commit sexual battery – consent for the sex was vitiated by the fraud

Battery- no consent for the sex from an untested person

Burglary (possibly) – gained access to her room under false pretenses (fraud, no-tests) intending to commit a crime therein (battery, sexual assault)

Aggravated Assault (if tests are positive)

Conspiracy

***Autumn should get some legal advice on this as she may have criminal and civil actions she can take.
