New York- THERE don’t seem to be any hard feelings between formerly feuding sex tape co-stars Paris Hilton and Rick Salomon. We hear that Paris and Rick were looking awfully cozy sitting together on a shuttle bus ferrying celebrants from Rick Yorn, Patrick Whitesell and Mike DeLuca’s Oscar after-party back to their cars.

“Rick was rubbing Paris’ leg and kissing her,” squeals our spy. “They were making out on the bus.” Our source adds that before Paris and Rick got off the steamed-up shuttle and left together in Salomon’s car, the tipsy celebutante announced to her fellow passengers, “It was so great spending Oscar night with you guys. Thank you!”

The re-ignition of randiness between the former exes may not be as strange as it seems. We’re told that Paris has given the boot to her Backstreet Boy boyfriend, Nick Carter. And despite Salomon’s $10 million libel lawsuit against the Hilton family – who trashed him when the homemade sex tape first hit the Internet – legal experts say it’s doubtful Salomon could market the video (at $50 per download) without Paris’ consent, making it possible she’s getting a piece of the profits.
