Sara Jay: So Much For That Press Release

The more I look at this story, the more puzzling it becomes. Vicky Vette, the hottest old broad this side of Christie Brinkley, put out a press release Thursday announcing that a lieutenant in the Vette army, Sara Jay, had won a legal decision against Brazzers.

The way it was worded www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=54276 you’d think the ghost of Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart announced in a séance that he finally knew what obscenity was and was ready to define it.

From the Vette statement, I got the impression that Sara had been lawyered up and was spending time in court wearing school marm clothes to discretely cover the fact that she’s got an enormous ass. Which is pretty hard to do.

Sara said she had sued Brazzers because they had set up SaraJayblog.com through an affiliate and were impersonating her, stealing her traffic.

Trust me. Fabian Thylmann in a blonde wig and rubber dress fools nobody. What’s worse, Jay asserted that Brazzers was engaging in an “industry wide practice of setting up similar blogs to ‘impersonate’ girls in the business to get traffic & sales.”

A pretty bold statement.

The press release goes on to talk about court of appeals, blah, blah, blah; arbitration agreements, yadda, yadda, yadda. I thought I was reading a story straight out of www.courthousenews.com

Brazzers apparently didn’t take too kindly to the way Jay was portraying them. Except, Mike South has portrayed them a lot worse. But I think Kate Miller over at Brazzers is afraid South might mistake her for a stripper at the Flamingo Club www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=54246, so they leave him alone.

Miller told AVN that it “never owned, operated, nor was involved in the registration or management of SaraJayBlog.com.”

Another bold statement.

Miller denied Jay’s version of events, calling it “completely incorrect. To the contrary, this case never went to court, or trial, and consequently never made [it] to the Court of Appeal. The case was withdrawn and dismissed by Sara Jay before trial.”

Does that comment suggest to you that the whole process as detailed in the press release is a figment of Sara’s overactive imagination, or is it just me?

“This is totally false and simply misleading,” Miller stated, noting that Jay received no monetary compensation as a resolution of the suit.

Porn chicks not getting paid to wipe their ass is a tragedy. This must have been a catastrophe.

If what Brazzers says is true, I want to know who’s running the legal show over at the Vette Nation, Ally McBeal?

And if Vette herself didn’t author the Jay statement, who then? Carlos Casteneda?
