from www.eonline.com – Shauna Sand is done, in more ways than one.

An attorney for the onetime E! star and Playboy Playmate tells E! News that Sand will not be charged in connection with her arrest last week on suspicion of domestic violence.

But the drama isn’t over yet.

Sand also tells E! News that she is in the process of divorcing her husband, Laurent Homburger, who was busted along with her for alleged spousal battery, and she has obtained a restraining order against him.

When asked how her three kids with ex-husband Lorenzo Lamas were doing, she said that they didn’t see what went down between her and her soon-to-be ex.

“They weren’t there for the drama and they are happy to have mom all to themselves,” she says.

Speaking to E! News after Sand’s arrest, Lamas confirmed that the children were with him and fifth wife Shawna at the time of their mom’s arrest.

More details: Former Playboy pin-up Shauna Sand will not be charged in connection with her arrest last week, according to her lawyer.

The Playmate-turned-actress was taken into custody along with her husband Laurent Homburger for alleged spousal battery after cops received reports of a fight at the couple’s California home.

Sand proceeded to obtain a restraining order against Homburger, who she is in the process of divorcing.

Now Sand’s attorney tells Eonline.com the blonde will not be charged in connection with her arrest.

Sand’s protective order requires Homburger to stay at least 100 yards away from Sand and her children until June 9, when the restraining order will be evaluated.
