Porn Valley- I had a meeting with Skeeter Kerkove in June of this year. I hadn’t spoken to him in about two months and that’s because Skeeter had dropped out of sight. And for good reason. Earlier this year Skeeter was weathering charges of child molestation- charges that were brought against him by his ex-wife Bridgette Kerkove.

Those charges, however, were eventually dropped in Family Services court. There was a first things first urgency in some of the things Skeeter had to get accomplished back in June- the most obvious being having his name cleared so he could see his kids again. Now that that’s taken care of, Skeeter is revving up his attorneys to go on the attack.

Some of it will be based on laws regarding double hearsay on a conspiracy. Skeeter seems to be pretty well versed on this subject having been a subject of it in a case going back to 1991. And now it’s happening again.

“What brings the Federal government into this is a conspiracy to harm me and tell lies about me on the Internet,” says Skeeter. “The Internet is worldwide and this brings in the Federal government.” Skeeter points out that state laws were also involved when the Megan’s Law issue was brought up in attempts to discredit him on the Internet. Skeeter knows much more about this little twist in the law than I do, but suffice to say, there were certain people involved in this pending case that had no business accessing personal information about him. One of those people was AVN’s Acme Anderson, according to Skeeter.

“There was no excuse for certain people accessing that information,” says Skeeter. “In fact you’re given a warning that your IP address is locked on for life when you request this information. No matter what. It’s right on the warning when you click on it.” According to Skeeter, records indicate that Acme Anderson had to sign for every document accessed on him.

“Those are in the records- and what is AVN going to do because Anderson did this in the scope of being an AVN employee?” asks Skeeter. “Acme Anderson provided paperwork to Bridgette Kerkove which was used against me in a negative way with the Dept. of Children and Family Services which ended up not being true information. I was questioned about this by DCFS and had to spend my own money to prove that this stuff didn’t happen from 21 years ago.

“If you give information to somebody and it’s wrong, you’re still liable,” Skeeter contends. “Acme Anderson handed over paperwork to Bridgette that was illegal for him to possess. Bridgette then gave that over to DCFS and her attorney. That information ended up not being true. AVN is liable. That false report said I took a six year-old boy on the fucking school grounds of a high school and pee’d in his mouth and I was expelled from the Glendale Unified School District. I contacted Acme Anderson stating that this wasn’t true, here’s my school records. I haven’t been expelled. It was all a fucking lie.”

According to Skeeter, this information nevertheless wound up in his DCFS court records on a report about him.

“It was used against me and I had to prove the whole thing was a lie,” said Skeeter who’s asking why a [former] employee of AVN would be so involved in his personal business like that. Skeeter’s got his suspicions but states that Bridgette Kerkove, in a signed affidavit to DCFS special investigator, said that Anderson did give her the documents.

Skeeter also notes that porn performers on Metro sets were also subjected to a barrage of erroneous information about him and he intends to subpoena them when the time is right.

“There were lies told about me on a Metro set,” says Skeeter. “Metro is liable because Bridgette Kerkove is a contract employee.”

“Don’t fuck with Skeeter Kerkove because you affected his children,” Skeeter warns. “Anybody who knows me off camera knows that I am a damn good, loving, trusting daddy.”
