from www.entertainmentwise.com – Snoop Lion recently marked his transformation from Snoop Dogg with the release of his reggae album ‘Reincarnated’ and it appears he has good reason to leave the Dogg in the past, admitting that he was once a “pimp” who “sold” women to atheletes and others in the entertainment industry more than a decade ago.
The ‘Ashtrays and Heartbreaks’ rapper reveals that he set up an “organisation” on his ‘Playboy’ tour in 2003 where he travelled with a group of selected women whom he would then pass on to a range of people including basketball players and other performers.
“I put an organisation together,” Snoop told Rolling Stone magazine.
“I did a Playboy tour, and I had a bus follow me with ten bitches on it. I could fire a b***h, f**k a b***h, get a new ho: It was my program. City to city, t***y to t***y, hotel room to hotel room, athlete to athlete, entertainer to entertainer.”
Without naming specific names of the buyers, Snoop continued: “If I’m in a city where where the Denver Broncos or the Nuggets play, I get a couple of they players to come hang out, pick and choose, and whichever one you like comes with a number. A lot of athletes bought p***y from me.”
The 41-year-old went on to explain that he wasn’t in the business for money, but rather because he dreamed of being a pimp from when he was a child.
“I’d act like I’d take the money from the b***h, but I’d let her have it. It was never about the money; it was about the fascination of being a pimp . . . As a kid I dreamed of being a pimp, I dreamed of having cars and clothes and bitches to match. I said, ‘F**k it – I’m finna do it.’”
Unfortunately for Snoop’s wife of two decades Shante Broadus, she had to standby and allow her husband to carry on with his pimping activities.
“My wife had to take a backseat to this s**t,” Snoop said.
“And I love her to this day because she coulda shook out on a n***a, but she stayed in my corner. So when I decided to let it go, she was still there.”
Snoop has made no secret of his pimp profession in the past, collaborating with 50 Cent on the 2003 track ‘P.I.M.P.’ Listen below!
