Subsequently, the FBI will interview and investigate the crime person A is accused of and gather any and all evidence. Think of person A as a tree, and as we all know trees have branches.

As the FBI investigates person A (the tree) as part of their investigation they discover branches (person B,C,D,E) and those parties then become part of the criminal investigation. It’s widely known that Derek had business meetings with Michelle Braun, and a good number of pornstars from LA Direct Models website were featured on Nicis Girls escorting site.

Knowing how controlling Derek is over EVERY one of his girls, would anyone believe that Derek didn’t have a major role in the scheduling of out of town ‘tours’ for girls in his agency through Nicis Girls or other escort agencies? No the FBI hasn’t arrested or charged or accused LA Direct or Derek of anything, yet. Will they? Only Derek and the FBI know that. Maybe, maybe not. If Derek never knew Michelle Braun and never once received a dime from her then no he will never be arrested.

But if he worked with her and assisted her by maneuvering his girls schedules to make them available for out of town tours and was then compensated for that, perhaps yes, more than likely yes. If he ever received a dollar from Nicis Girls in return for providing his girls to her service… hmmm. These are all valid questions and points, and only Derek knows what he did and didn’t do, or do others know? Have others been contacted by the FBI already and have they told what they know?

The truth is the FBI doesn’t hit you over the head and arrest you until they have their case wrapped up 100%. That’s why they win 97% of their cases. The FBI is not in a rush, they take their time, they build their case, they accumulate evidence, the talk to people, once they’ve dotted every I and crossed every T and know they have you surrounded, cornered, cooked, they move in. Could be tomorrow, could be next week, next month, next year.

So while Derek gives employees, producers and girls a ‘sense of security’, people need to understand the truth and the reality. Pose these questions to Derek. Were computers confiscated by the FBI?

Did Derek Hay have a business relationship with Michelle Brain? Did Derek Hay or LA Direct Models or any other company affiliated with LA Direct Models or Derek Hay receive compensation from Michelle Braun? If the answers are no, and of course truthful, then Derek is in the clear and he will remain the top agent for years to come. If the answer is yes, or he lies about it and it comes out later, he’s finished and because of this false sense of security people have, a lot of good people will go down with him.
