Lane now has her own KSEX show on Wednesday nights [although I still can’t get the audio feed], and I apologize for not being able to recap it.

“It’s called the Sunny Side of Porn, from 8pm to 9,” she says. “It’s a lot of fun because I bring a lot of good, positive things about the industry; I travel around the world and bring on new, hot ladies, from dancing to acting and any fun talents they have. It’s up close and personal.”

Lane, whose co-host has been Powder, says she likes the new KSEX studios in the Valley.

“It’s big, it’s roomy- we have a huge bed, a control room,” she said. Tonight Lane will have Batman on with her.

“We’ll talk about Canada- we just got back from there,” she says. So far, Lane has had Renae “J-Ho” Cruz on in the new studio set up. Lane laughs about taking some memorabilia from the old Burbank haunt.

“I got the ‘on air’ sign,” she laughs. “They gave it to me. It was cool. I also got the red and green light. It doesn’t work, but I got it.”

Over the weekend, Lane was in Canada for the Sex Show 2007 in Toronto.

“It was pretty big,” she says. “There were a lot of vendors there, a lot of stars. I was there with The Wank Punter band which is a rock and roll sex band. I introduced them on stage, throwing out giveaways, selling my movies, autographs, pictures and meeting my fans.”

“What’s the chief question your fans ask you?”

But other than that, I think it was a good thing for my image and where I’m going with Sunny Lane, of getting it out there in the mainstream world, saying we are here, we are business.

“I’m just fresh meat you could say. I’m out there promoting myself and what I do. I’m proud to be able to do what I do. I don’t believe I totally got fucked. I know their intentions. With the six months that they followed me around they could have showed how I have my own show on KSEX; how I do feature films, how I have publicists. There’s certain things they could have done. But they just wanted to point at my parents and I and make something weird about my family. There’s nothing weird going on. I’m a grown woman and they just support what I do.

“I’m very blessed to have the family that I have,” Lane continues. “I own my own business. I do what I want. And they support me- whether I was in this business or fighting the war; or a ditch digger.”

“You said they followed you for six months- how did that break down to a week?”

“It was here and there,” says Lane. “It was just very sporadic on certain things. They went to Vegas with me. They followed me into a poker tournament for Vince Neil for the Skylar Neil Foundation, with Tera. They got interviews with them. They got interviews with a lot of people. They just picked what they wanted and they wanted to show what they wanted. It was all good. All in all I don’t think it was a negative-thing. I think it was a positive thing.”

“I have to ask you- a certain contract girl told me this and I won’t say who it was- but she said that your mom and dad were keeping naked pictures of you on their refrigerator.”

“I know exactly who you’re talking about,” says Lane. “Oh yeah, I know who we’re talking about. It’s funny because if they had seen what was on the ABC-thing, my parents do not keep nekkid pictures of me on my refrigerator. No. My parents do not watch my videos. We are not kinky and there’s nothing strange going on. My parents are very happy in the fact that I’m a grown woman, this is a business, I am a dancer; I am an actress. I sing. And I do a little bit of everything. So they’re happy in the fact that I am a boxcover queen and I made a really good name for myself in two years, doing very little films but getting out there in a good, positive way for the public eye about where I want to be.

“So, no. My parents do not have nekkid pictures of me on my refrigerator and do not watch my films! That would be sick. It’s very interesting because this person also said something about the ice skating thing, too. I know who we’re talking about. Very interesting. Why don’t she come and talk to me. We’ll have a little heart-to-heart. She’s only been at my house once.”

“So would you appear in any of her movies if she asked you?”

“Of course,” said Lane. “I was just in her movie called The One. Jonathan Morgan was the director.”

Lane’s asked when she was going to start shooting her own movies.

“It’s in the works right now,” she answers. “I have some big things that are sitting on the table for mainstream-wise and adult.”

“Let me guess- you’re not at liberty to divulge.”

“Right- it’s all in the process of contracts,” she says.
