It seems Capri Anderson's attorney Keith M. Davidson ran afoul of something, and back in July of this year, the California state Supreme Court of California ordered that he be suspended from legal practice.

But with all the whozas and whatsis, the suspension was apparently reduced to 90 days what with certain contingencies being met.
According to www.avvo.com Davidson who was first licensed to practice ten years ago, was cited for misconduct by the state disciplinary authority. What that misconduct was isn't exactly clear.
