The film's narrative is loosely based on a true story from Tad Pole's time in the Navy. Tad Pole, who was nominated for "Male Clip Creator of the Year," developed the concept for the movie, drawing from his 20-year Navy career. He stated that the saying about sailors having girlfriends in every port was true for him. He specifically mentioned an Italian girlfriend whose phone number he lost in Italy and a Greek girlfriend he sought out years later in Crete. Tad Pole also shared that, similar to a scene in the movie, he once ran from Shore Patrol while searching for a girlfriend.

Tad Pole indicated that his artistic development, including acting classes, improv classes, and a scriptwriting class at Second City in Chicago, inspired him to create the film.

Cast and Scenes

"Girlfriend in Every Port" contains five hardcore sex scenes, three of which are group scenes. The grand finale features a seven-person "Cathouse" orgy. The film is described as having both comedic elements and "lots of hot sex action."

Marie Fox portrays Tad Pole's Miami girlfriend and appears in more than half of the scenes.
