Porn Valley- Nicole London, www.outbackxxx.net, together with Rob Spallone wants to have a meeting scheduled for May 19th. “It’s for talent and agents,” explained London who had some initial reservations about getting involved in setting up the meeting because she’s no longer talent but a company owner.

But the fact of the matter is, London, as a performer who was on a 6-month quarantine list 11 years ago during the industry’s first big HIV scare, does offer a pretty persuasive pedigree and is known as a woman who can get things done. Because of that, a lot of the talent are backing London to take the proverbial bull by the horns.

“I agree with a lot of things talent are saying and I really do want to help them,” says London. “But it kind of puts me in a compromising position as a company owner.” London will be the first to concede that talents’ not going about things in the right way. “Unions are not going to work right not,” London feels. “You’ll have scabs come in and that’s the end of it. For one thing, you have to appoint someone as shop steward who wants to work 24/7. And then here’s a matter of dealing with all the other unions on set like electrical. And then the companies will be saying you’re talent, you pay your union dues.”

On the other hand, London says it’s ridiculous that 25 people are coming out for talent meetings. “Don’t these people care?” London said she’s getting all the agents together to rustle up the respective talent. “And I’m calling everybody that I know,” she said. Pending on the extent of response which may change venues, London said for now, the meeting will be held at Straight 8 studios where talent has been congregating for the past couple of weeks.
