Long Island, NY – [AP] A Long Island teacher accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl has been charged again with having sex with another minor.

Defense lawyer Todd Greenberg said Friday his client Daniel Rothbard was being held on $700,000 bail.

Rothbard is charged with criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.

Nassau County police say the 28-year-old math teacher took a girl he met on MySpace and her friend to his Merrick home.

They say Rothbard had sex with one girl and exposed himself to the other.

Rothbard was also charged last month with having sex with a 15-year-old girl he met on MySpace in a school parking lot in Suffolk.

His lawyer says, “We look forward to resolving it in court.”
