Tera Gets Her Dog Back

Porn Valley- Tera Patrick’s dog, Chopper, has been returned to her. Evan Seinfeld, Tera’s husband, told me that a call came in yesterday about 5 pm from a party claiming to have had the dog, maybe a week. “It was a happy ending,” says Seinfeld who lends great praise to Patrick’s assistant Robert Mora who received the call and arranged for return of the dog.

In addition, Seinfeld tells me the Tera Patrick organization, besides placing numerous ads, had a street team in place looking for the dog. “The dog was gone 20 days to the date,” says Seinfeld thanking more people too numerous to mention. “We ended up putting out 3,000 color flyers. We were working with a company called www.findfido.com; we wank to thank Howard Stern for putting Tera on the radio. We want to thank Kevin & Bean at KROQ to spread the word; the guys at KCAL, Sirius Radio. We got more press than someone with a new pop album.”

Seinfeld said it was amazing the way people banded together in this instance. “Especially when people can be cruel to each other.” In addition to all the press, Seinfeld said ads ran on the back page of the LA Weekly. “We had ads running in the LA Times, the LA News, The Penny Saver, The Recycler- we spent a lot of money, a lot of time, a lot of man hours and it kind of put a halt in our production for awhile because Tera was beside herself. This is her love child.”

In addition, says Seinfeld, Chopper is making his debut in Patrick’s movie, Reign of Tera, February 23rd. “He really is,” says Seinfeld, noting that there was a special costume made for the dog. “September [Dawn] made the costumes and she made matching costumes. For every costume Tera had, Chopper had a matching one. It was like a cross-dressing dog.” [You can find the trailer at www.reignoftera.com]

According to Seinfeld, the finder who contacted Mora claimed they found the dog a week ago and only later found out it was missing, via a flyer. “We think the picture looks exactly like the dog they said. Robert met up with them. It was the dog. They collected a very sizable reward. Whether it was foul play, I don’t know. But I’m from Brooklyn, if you stole something, karma is a wheel that goes around.”

Seinfeld says Patrick was on her way back from Honolulu when all this happened. “She was doing some appearances out there, making money to finance the massive dog hunt.” Seinfeld also wanted to thank Wankus for throwing the PSK benefit.

“Tera came down and she was crying the whole time – then she left,” says Seinfeld. “She hadn’t been out. She tried to come out.”
