Tampa, Florida- I spoke to The Grand Vizier today, and he tells me that The Tampa Tribune reporter, Elaine Silvestrini, who walked out of the courtroom Wednesday in apparent disgust, was replaced by another reporter.
“I figured she wasn’t coming back,” laughs The Vizier.
The Vizier is telling me that Max dressed in a dark suit looks downright handsome in the courtroom.
“Like Malcolm McDowell only without the beezer,” comments The Vizier, noting that the five trailers which appear on the federal indictment were played in the courtroom Thursday.
“Judge Bucklew also made an interesting comment today worth nothing when she said to the defense I can’t understand why you want to make them [the jury] watch all this stuff. I found that comment extremely odd. But Max is pushing for all the movies to be aired in their entirety.”
According to The Vizier, if he didn’t know any better, Judge Bucklew and the prosecutors Edward McAndrew and Lisa Marie Freitas looked very chummy.
“One more prosecutor and they would have had a fourth for Bridge,” The Vizier is saying.
“The government also brought back the postal inspector on the witness stand to testify that if you’ve seen one video, you’ve pretty much seen them all.”
The Vizier says there’s word on the street that Jaded Video, which has been granted immunity, is still selling Max’s movies including the titles that appear on the Federal indictment.
“Come on,” says The Vizier. “There had to have been a deal in place.”
