Porn Valley- Pure Bliss store owner Greg Sakas was ready to file a lawsuit against the city of New Bern, North Carolina, its police chief Frank Palombo and two of the cops on Palumbo’s payroll www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=27447 when he got a call from the city.

Sakas leaves me the following message:

“We were supposed to file the lawsuit and the city of New Bern would not give us the name of their liabity insurance carrier,” Sakas says in his message. “We were ready to do it regardless of that fact, and Scott Davis the city attorney came back in what I would call on his knees begging us to hold off, that he wants to take a copy of the lawsuit before we file it. I was ready to file it as of tomorrow [Thursday] morning regardless. Now they’re saying they don’t want us to file it, that they’re going to the insurance company right now and with what is showing, they feel they’ve got a major problem and the insurance company’s going to find it very difficult to go to court with this case.”

“They’ve got to defend what they feel is not going to be a justifiable case for them to defend,” continues Sakas. “And they know they’re going to lose this. That’s the way Scott Davis put it.”

Gene comments: A prudent man at this point might throw his hands up because it would seem that Sakas has a slam dunk. The insurance company should be going to Palombo, telling him to back off, drop the charges and give Sakas all his inventory back, then resolve issues.

Sakas continues in his message: “I personally told them through my attorneys to go fuck themselves. But they’re saying we need to give New Bern an opportunity to do this and resolve this. It certainly would be beneficial to anyone in North Carolina. If this goes down and we can beat this, then it will go a long way with anyone else getting hit with the same thing in the state. So, we’re going to give them a chance.”
