Confused by all the overlapping trade shows? So are we.

Illinois – from www.chicagotribune.com – What TMZ calls “a strippers’ Legion of Doom” will land in Rosemont this week as six women tied to celebrity cheating scandals will appear — clothed, in case you were wondering — at a porn industry expo.

Alleged mistresses of Tiger Woods and Jesse James are the feature attractions at Exxxtacy 2010, scheduled to run Friday through Sunday at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Mike Wittenberg of Long Island-based Taboo Productions, the show’s organizer, said the women will sign autographs, pose for pictures and field questions from the audience.

You might wonder what the women still have to reveal. As Wittenberg noted, most are veterans of the adult entertainment industry — the supposed Tiger Woods paramours signed for the show, Joslyn James, Devon James and Holly Sampson [pictured], have appeared in porn flicks — and all have been fixtures on gossip Web sites.

“Their appeal is that they’ve been in the news,” Wittenberg said. “They’ve allegedly had affairs with some of the biggest names in the world.”

“The Scandal Girls,” as Wittenberg dubs them, will be a small part of an expo that promises appearances from more than 100 porn stars and a strip club built on the convention floor. It sounds rather salacious by Rosemont standards, and indeed, Wittenberg said this will be the first show of its kind in the region in 30 years.

Convention officials could not be reached for comment, but Wittenberg said they haven’t put up any obstacles.

“They’ve been very accommodating, actually,” he said.
