CANOGA PARK, Calif.—Memorial Day weekend in Rhode Island is gonna sizzle when award-winning and Zero Tolerance contract star Kagney Linn Karter hits the stage and shows off her assets. Karter follows in the famed footsteps of adult starlet Jenna Jameson, who counted the Foxy Lady as one of the select few places she danced during her lucrative career.
