TAMPA (Courthouse News) – Three women have sued Joseph R. Francis, founder and operator of the “Girls Gone Wild” video series, claiming he filmed them performing simulated sex acts while they were minors, and profited by selling the photos.
The women, then girls, claim Francis induced them to engage in “demeaning, degrading, inappropriate, exploitive and illegal conduct,” and filmed it. The conduct included a wet T-shirt contest, a sexual positions contest, a banana sucking contest, a muff eating contest and a screaming orgasm contest.
They seek damages for multiple charges, including child pornography. Also sued in Federal Court are Mantra Films and MRA Holdings, of which Francis is sole shareholder, AMX Productions and Svothi Inc., dba PPVNetworks and nakedontv.com.
