Florida from www.courthousenews.com – A transgendered woman claims a former Arizona Cardinals cornerback sodomized her against her will after finding that “her surgically constructed vagina was too tight.” It is not clear from the 4-page federal complaint whether the football player knew the woman is transsexual.
In her complaint in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court, Angelina Mavilia says that after “what began as consensual sexual activity,” Eric Green asked her “whether there was ‘anything she wanted to tell him.'”
Mavilia says she “is a male-to-female post-operative transsexual.” She claims she met Green at a Scottsdale, Ariz., casino in January 2009.
Mavilia claims that Green took her to dinner, then told her “that he wanted to stop off at his condominium so that he could telephone his dealer, get some marijuana, and get high. Defendant also told plaintiff that he wanted to stop off at his condominium so that he could introduce her to his friend, the Prince of Bahrain.”
At the condo, Mavilia says, “Defendant induced to engage in what began as consensual sexual activity. Defendant attempted to have vaginal intercourse with plaintiff but was not able to do so because her surgically constructed vagina was too tight. Defendant asked plaintiff where there was ‘anything she wanted to tell him.'”
Mavilia claims Green then held her down “and penetrated her anally against her will.”
Afterward, she says, Green because “extremely agitated and threatening, stating, ‘This never happened’ and ‘You better not tell anyone about this.'”
She seeks damages for assault and battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Her lead attorney is Mara Schlackman of Fort Lauderdale.

Angelina Mavilia’s legal action against cornerback Eric Green alleges he forcibly sodomized her.
The two met in a Scottsdale, Ariz., casino in early 2009 when Green still played for the Arizona Cardinals, the 38-year-old East Side woman says in papers filed in federal court in Florida, where Green was born and lives.
They went back to his condo, where Green, 27, assaulted her, she charges. He then got “extremely agitated and threatening,” according to court documents, and warned: “This never happened. You’d better not tell.”
In the local case, Mavilia says she was dehumanized after being arrested for trespassing in a Manhattan housing complex on Oct. 30, 2008.
A female cop twice demanded she take off her bra and panties and then peered at her genitals, according to court papers filed in Manhattan Federal Court.
“It’s a girl!” the cop is claimed to have yelled.
At Manhattan Central Booking, a correction officer ordered Mavilia to strip yet again and put her in a cell with a man.
“You’re not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman,” the officer allegedly mocked. “I can see your plastic surgery.”
