Seattle, WA from www.mystateline.com — A onetime dot-com millionaire and convicted drug smuggler is behind bars accused of running a bestiality farm near the Canadian border.

According to a “Seattle Times” report, 39-year-old Douglas Spink lived on a rural property near Sumas, Washington.

Officials in Whatcom County say Spink allowed people to visit his farm for the purpose of having sex with animals.

Investigators raided the property and found a slew of videos, including one featuring a 51-year-old British man engaging in questionable activity with several large-breed dogs.

Authorities seized all dogs and horses on the property and were forced to euthanize several mice.

Spink became the subject of investigation through his friendship with James Tait, a Tennessee man who was arrested after one of his guests died while having sex with a horse on his rental farm.

Investigators said the two man talked over the phone about their shared views on bestiality.

Spink is a former businessman and longtime horse trainer.

He faces up to five years in prison under Washington state’s bestiality laws.
