Update: Miami New Times Has Its Facts Wrong in Bieyanka Moore Case

Miami New Times has been pursuing the Bieyanka Moore story but appears to be stumbling on some of its facts. www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=48203

MNT claims that while the Bieyanka Moore video, Cum Fiesta, made at the time she was 15, was put up on the Internet by Reality Kings, it has been since taken down. Even though, according to MNT, it’s still currently available on at least five other adult sites owned by Moniker Privacy Services.

To support its story, MNT brings up a lawsuit involving another underaged girl “Jane Doe” that was filed last year at U.S. District Court in Orlando against Moniker Privacy Services and the alleged assailant Nathaniel Fry.

While giving the brief summation of the case, MNT, however, neglects to mention that in June of 2010, Moniker Privacy Services as well as Narajoa Ltd., the owners of KinkyGFS.com and SickBucks.com, along with NetBilling, WhoIs Guard Protected, WhoIs Privacy Protection Service, SegPay, Jettis.com and its subsidiary 365Billing, were all dismissed from the case without prejudice.
