from www.tmz.com – Vince Neil and the woman who accused him of assault, Jessica Radovicz, had very different weekends — Vince hung out at a club in Las Vegas, Radovicz went and found herself a lawyer.
As we first reported, Radovicz accused Neil of attacking her in an elevator in Las Vegas last weekend. Neil must not be too worried about it — he spent his Friday night at the grand opening of Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club, posing for pics with porn legend Ron Jeremy and Bunny Ranch head man Dennis Hof[f].
As for Radovicz, TMZ has learned she’s hired Mark Geragos to help her out on two fronts — the Neil case and for a bench warrant she currently has in Burbank. We’re told Geragos will help her settle that this week.
from www.mtv.com – Following Mötley Crüe lead singer Vince Neil’s Las Vegas arrest in late June on suspicion of DUI, the singer is once again at the center of controversy in Sin City. A woman who was vacationing in town accused Neil of assaulting her in an elevator at the Las Vegas Hilton resort over Labor Day weekend.
In a video statement released to TMZ, Jessica Radovicz states that she was on an elevator on Sunday (September 5), when Neil stepped in with two women. Radovicz claims that she recognized Neil and asked, “Don’t I know you from somewhere? Aren’t you on TV?”
And then, she says, “All of the sudden, he yelled at me, grabbed me by the arms, [and] threw me against the wall.”
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to MTV News that a report was filed and Radovicz’s claims were being investigated.
A rep for the hotel, however, told TMZ that after reviewing surveillance tape of the elevator, they concluded that Radovicz’s claims were unfounded.
“We also understand that the local authorities have deemed her allegations to be without merit. Accordingly, we consider the matter closed,” the spokesperson said.
On June 27, Neil was pulled over in his car by police and arrested on suspicion of DUI. He is scheduled for arraignment later this month. At the time of the arrest, Neil was also the subject of an investigation regarding his possible role in the destruction of a fan’s camera.
The Mötley Crüe frontman is a well-established presence in Las Vegas as the owner of tequila bar Tres Rios at the Las Vegas Hilton and a tattoo parlor called Vince Neil Ink. Neil’s autobiography, “Tattoos & Tequila: To Hell and Back with One of Rock’s Most Notorious Frontmen,” is due out on September 23.
