from www.examiner.com - Vivid has just released the Ashton Kutcher mistress video, and announced that it plans to purchase and destroy any alleged Demi Lovato video. However, the biggest release next month will be the Superman porn parody. Spider-Man is probably next! It can't be any worse than Julie Taymor's troubled production.

There is now actually a company within Vivid called Vivid Superhero. A few months ago, a website called the Comics Alliance quoted Vivid's Steve Hirsch:

"The parodies under this new imprint will pay tribute to the world's most popular comic heroes," [Lead Director] Axel [Braun] already started pre-production on a parody of Superman, which will be followed by those of The Green Hornet, Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, Captain America, Thor, and The Incredible Hulk. We made the decision to create the imprint after working with Axel on "Batman XXX: A Porn Parody", an Axel Braun Productions movie to be distributed by Vivid. Axel truly did an amazing job with it, and we agreed that together we could mine the really rich treasure of superheroes and have a lot of fun doing it."

Considering the problems of the troubled Broadway production of Spider-Man, the publicity alone will take this one to the top. It is doubtful that they will have a sixty five million dollar budget like the play. Music by U2 sure would be nice. If not, there's always Miley Cyrus to contribute a song or two.

Hopefully they will not attempt to any flying and the actors will not have to worry about getting tangled in wires while flming certain scenes. The director, Axel Braun, presumably will not re-write the script like Julie Taymor and attempt to rewrite the orgy story, excuse me the origin story of Peter Parker.

These parodies are legal thanks to Larry Flynt and his lawsuit againt Jerry Falwell which went all the way to the Supreme Court. Once they are labeled "parody," the producers can literally get away with murder.

I do expect an upside down kiss.

Demi Lovato will NOT play the part of Mary Jane. I want to go out of my way to say that I believe that there is NO Demi film as Hirsch has implied. My prediction is that Demi will soon be starring in mainstream films and will be bigger than ever.

There is also the role of Gwen Stacy, the blond party girl whose life is filled with tragedy. Lindsay Lohan just might be available for that one.
