Wanted List Acquiring VTO Enterprises

Los Angeles, CA – WantedList will be acquiring VTO Enterprises Inc., whose holdings include VideoTakeout.com and FlickCentral.com, for an undisclosed cash and stock deal. As part of the deal, Dennis Consorte, formally President of VTO Enterprises Inc. will continue to oversee operations on the East Coast, and will also join WantedList’s executive team as the Director of Affiliate Marketing.

Anh Tran, co-founder of WantedList says, “What we’ve done here is exactly what we did with the Flicksmart and Rentflixxx deal. We haven’t just bought the parts of a company, rather we’ve combined the very best of resources to help build a better company under the WantedList banner.”

The acquisition serves two purposes. It gives WantedList an East Coast distribution center and it also gives WantedList a dedicated full time Director of Affiliate Marketing to run its affiliate program SpankBank.com.

“One of the biggest growth vehicles for WantedList over the next year will be affiliate marketing and Dennis is the perfect candidate to spearhead the effort.” says Tran. As Dennis points out, “DVD rental by mail is a very unique business model. It requires efficient distribution, excellent marketing, complicated technology and a lot of strategy and planning to be successful. By consolidating the market, we have the resources and manpower necessary to provide an even better service to our subscribers, and a marketable product for our affiliates. Separately, each organization has built solutions for many facets of this business model. Together, we can work towards making it withstand the test of time. I was very excited to see this deal come to fruition and look forward to what the future brings.”

WantedList has always planned on having multiple distribution centers to better service the subscriber base. This first one, based out of the New York metropolitan area, will dramatically decrease shipping times to East Coast customers. “What this means to subscribers is that while still offering the largest rental library and inventory, now a customer in Tenafly, NJ will never have to wait for a disc to be shipped from WantedList’s West Coast distribution center, nor will a customer from Seattle, WA need to wait for a rental to be returned to the East Coast facility.” says Danny Ting Co-Founder of WantedList.

Subscribers appreciate that WantedList carries a large amount of quality titles from the top studios in the adult market, and doesn’t pad the rental inventory with mediocre movies. Ting says, “WantedList has always provided the best service by delivering a breadth and depth of quality products in a timely manner. With this type of business model, the smart consumer knows to go with the biggest company because they will always benefit from economies of scale. More available titles, more new releases, more customer and editorial reviews, and now faster shipping times with regional distribution centers.”
