When a college gossip blog, The Scarlet Project, broke the news that two University of Nebraska wrestlers had appeared on a gay porn website, Fratmen.tv, students were left saying, “Oh snap!” The two students, Paul Donahoe and Kenny Jordan, compete in the 125 lb. division and the 133 lb. division, and this somehow was an uproariously unexpected scandal since the two spend hours a day rolling around on mats in leotards with other dudes, a totally un-homoerotic activity.
Donahoe was arrested in April 2008 when he refused to break up a party being hosted at his home and police charged him with maintaining a disorderly house.
Mark Manning, the University of Nebraska wrestling coach, issued a statement saying, “"We are aware of the matter and it is being reviewed internally. We will have no further comment until all of the facts of the situation are known." I’m curious as to what this “internal review,” or shall I say “probe,” shall consist of.
In the meantime, it’s got to be asked, who are the gossip whores who outted the boys and why were they checking out Fratmen.tv in the first place? And why those evil smiley faces?
