DAYTONA Beach, Fla. – Kristi Michelle Parramoure picked the wrong time to flash during a wet T-shirt contest.
She was busted at the Desert Inn in Daytona Beach during a spring break promotion. Daytona Beach Mayor Yvonne Scarlett-Golden and several city commissioners happened to be at the hotel during the contest and called the cops.
Desert Inn manager Dennis Devlin and employee Joshua Martin were also arrested.
According to authorities, Martin encouraged Parramoure to expose her breasts. Devlin allegedly didn’t stop the contest, even though it was in violation of the local anti-nudity ordinance.
It’s the second time Devlin has been busted during this spring break. He was arrested more than a week ago during a bikini contest. At the time, he said the arrest was “bogus” and politically motivated.
