Event registration will commence at 4 p.m. in the Jakarta Hotel’s first-floor Lounge Room, sponsored by Fleshlight. Following registration, the official XBIZ Amsterdam Welcome Reception is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the main lobby bar.

Wednesday, September 3, marks the first full day of conference programming. Hotel guests will be offered a complimentary breakfast buffet. Event registration will remain open throughout the day. Scheduled events are set to begin at 9:30 a.m. with the Creator Collab Meetup, sponsored by RM11. This meetup is intended for creators to connect for collaboration and cross-promotion.

The Creator track is scheduled to start at noon with a session titled “Camming Means Connecting: The Psychology of Audience Engagement.” This session will offer strategies for enhancing on-camera presence and building audience connections. Concurrently, the Industry track, sponsored by YourPaysitePartner, will begin with a session titled “Talent Platf.”

The event will conclude with the 2025 Euro XMAs, presented by Fansly, which is described as adult’s biggest night on the Continent. A general admission ticket to the XMA Europa Awards is included with the conference badge.
