Porn star Victoria Zdrok is currently on trial in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Zdrok, who’s being sued by her husband Alexander, a disbarred lawyer in the state of Pennsylvania, had petitioned for a closed trial in a property settlement. She lost the argument. What makes the trial even cozier is the fact that Victoria Zdrok’s attorney, Steven L. Sloca, is also her business partner.
Claiming that he helped launch his wife’s career, Alexander Zdrok sued his wife in January 2001, arguing that she reneged on a 10-year agreement to pay him 15 percent of her modeling revenues. Zdrok is claiming Victoria came from the Ukraine without a pot to piss in. They married so Zdrok, 17 at the time, could obtain green card status.
The judge said the only issues before the court are whether the contract was valid and whether it was breached. Victoria Zdrok is now claiming that she signed the contract under duress, that her husband had repped mob boss John Stanfa and that she feared for her life. Stanfa was sentenced to prison in 1995. Zdrok, for her own part, earned a degree in law from Villanova University.
Zdrok is also claiming that her porn career isn’t paying off, that she only earns $300 a movie and that having posed in Playboy blacklists her for mainstream modeling jobs. Zdrok claims she has to rely on subscribers to her Internet website for revenue. Zdrok charges $25.95 but claims her subscription base has slumped from 1,000 to 400 and that she has been reduced to making custom videos which don’t pay much, either, she claims.
