Q: You describe yourself as Asian, could you be more specific?

I am half Korean and half Japanese.

Q: Is your perfect shape natural or enhanced?

Q: You started dancing while you were in college. What kind of work were you doing before entering the sex business?

Just your typical high schooler, mall jobs. I did some waitressing as well.

Q: At what point did you decide that accounting, which you got your college degree in, wasn’t for you and the adult industry was?

I knew I wasn’t going to practice accounting before I even started college. I just went and followed through with the major to appease my parents. I’ve always been interested in the adult industry. I remember being really young and being fascinated with Al Bundy always going to the Nudie Bar. I never thought I’d be a part of it though. It probably wasn’t even until I quit dancing that I started to get more serious about my work in the adult industry.

Q: Why did you quit dancing?

Dancing is hard. I had a lot of fun with it and made good cash. The environment is rough though to work regularly and I felt like it was making me unhappy. Some girls are in and out, and some girls are lifers.

Q: How was the transition from performing live in a club to putting together a website doing live shows for fans?

It was actually super easy. I definitely thinking performing live in front of an audience and mingling with the guys in a club prepped me to entertain a cyber audience and gave me the conversation skills needed talk to all different types of people, especially horny ones.

Q: You’ve really come out of nowhere recently. Were you immediately successful or how did you get where you are today?

I wasn’t immediately successful, but fortunately I’ve always had a small, loyal following. When I decided I wanted to make a website I really submerged myself in reading about everything adult, business, marketing, etc. I’ve been just working hard at applying everything I’ve learned and really just trying to give my fans quality work.

Q: On your website you sport many different looks—different color hair, fetish outfits, do you have one look or fetish that you prefer more than the others?

Honestly, I like looking just like my usual, normal self. I have a passion for clothes and fashion so I usually like to just share my own outfits so guys can really get a sense of who I am. Dressing up is fun too. The Asian schoolgirl get-up is very popular on my site so I find myself in that role a lot.

Q: You recently posted your first girl/girl set with Crystal Hunnie—are girls something you’ve been interested in off-camera or is it just for the audience?

I don’t know. That experience left me questioning my sexuality a bit ha-ha. I used to go to professional photography studios but as often as I update my website, it got to be too expensive to keep up. I usually will have semi-professional friends help me, or will shoot everything myself.

Q: How involved are you in the building, design and maintenance of your website?

I don’t really design at all. I’m starting to learn more programming and coding but I wouldn’t expect anyone to purchase a membership to a site built on my programming skills, so I outsourced the initial building and design of the site but do all the maintenance myself.

Q: What can we expect to see from Mitsuko Doll in the future?

I’m actually working on upgrading my site. There’ll be many new improvements and features. The site has grown so much this past year I’m excited to be even more active in creating content and doing member shows.
